Health Insurance
Have health insurance?
We’ll help make the process simple.
We can verify any chiropractic benefits you may have and submit eligible claims on your behalf.
Depending on your individual plan, you may be responsible for:

Your exact benefits and financial responsibility depend on your individual insurance plan.
Auto Injury
If you’ve been injured in an automobile accident, chiropractic care may be covered through available auto insurance benefits or a personal injury claim.
We can help you understand what information is needed to get started.

Your insurance information
Your attorney information, if applicable
Coverage depends on your individual policy and claim.
Payment by an insurance carrier or other third party is not guaranteed, and you remain responsible for any charges that are not covered.
Work Injury
If you were injured at work, chiropractic care may be covered through an approved workers’ compensation claim.
To get started, please provide:
Your workers’ compensation claim number
Your workers’ compensation insurance information
Coverage and the duration of authorized care are determined by the workers’ compensation carrier.
If your claim is denied or coverage is limited, you may be responsible for charges that are not covered.
Medicare
Medicare may cover chiropractic manipulation of the spine when Medicare requirements for medically necessary treatment are met.
Medicare does not cover every chiropractic service.
You may be responsible for:

We will review your options with you when services fall outside Medicare coverage.
We submit eligible Medicare claims on your behalf.
